Position: Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative
Job Summary:
The Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging potential clients to promote and sell commercial real estate properties. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and identify potential commercial real estate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify and analyze current market conditions, trends, and competitor activity.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique selling points and features of commercial properties.
4. Actively listen to clients' needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their commercial real estate goals.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including property management and leasing, to gather accurate property information and provide clients with comprehensive information and support.
7. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are satisfied.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
9. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a regular basis.
10. Prepare regular sales reports and provide timely updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial real estate sales.
2. Strong knowledge of the local commercial real estate market, including current trends and pricing.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
4. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
7. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
10. Valid real estate license is required.
